- Half Pig
- Garlic
- Thyme
- Bay leaf

- Butter/pig fat
- Salt
- Pepper
- Water
- Dark beer
- Oregano
Instructions
- Preheat the grill (cover) at 350 to 400.
- Prepare a dressing with the pig fat (or butter if you can’t find pig fat).
- With garlic, thyme, bay leaf, oregano, salt and pepper, cover the pig with a silicon brush.
- Put your pig on the grill, meat side first.
- Cook for 3 hours, turning the pig every 45 minutes.
- Brush the pig every 20 minutes with dressing.
- Pour the beer over the pig after two hours. This helps the meat become more tender.
